Ingredients
100 g butter, cubed300 ml water
130 g cake flour
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
CUSTARD FILLING
500 ml milk
6 large egg yolks
100 g castor sugar
60 g flour
5 ml vanilla essence
250 ml cream
100 g dark chocolate

Step 1
Set the oven to 200 ºC. Place the butter and water in a heavy-based saucepan. Heat over a medium to low heat. The butter should melt before the mixture starts to boil. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the flour all at once. Stir well with a wooden spoon. |
