12 large eggs750 g castor sugar
840 g cake flour
45 ml baking powder
750 ml milk
300 g butter
15 ml vanilla essence
3 juice of fresh oranges
1 grated zest of orange
500 ml castor sugar
20 g gelatine
500 ml fresh cream
300 g Butter Icing: butter
750 g icing sugar
15 ml vanilla essence
50 ml milk
400 g Decorations: white easy-melt chocolate
4 bunches fresh roses in colour of your choice

Step 1
Filling Heat the orange juice and the orange zest in a saucepan. Once hot, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring to the boil and allow to boil for five minutes. Remove from the heat, pour a quarter of the syrup into a small bowl and set aside. Place the gelatine in a small microwaveable bowl or jug and add 60ml water.
