6 large egg whitespinch of salt
240 g castor sugar
5 ml vinegar
5 ml vanilla essence
15 ml cornflour
FILLING
250 ml cream, whipped
250 g fresh strawberries, sliced

Step 1
Grease and line a baking tray. Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Continue beating and add the sugar, vinegar and vanilla essence. Beat until thick and glossy and fold in the cornflour. |
