Puffs with herbed cream cheese
Ingredients
250 g
smooth cottage cheese
250 g
herbed cottage cheese
1
choux pastry puffs (see recipe)
Method:
Blend herbed cream cheese with smooth cottage cheese and spoon the mixture into a piping bag. Fill the cooled choux pastry puffs with the cheese mixture and serve immediately.
Enough for about 40 puffs.
