Focaccia with ham and olive spread
Ingredients

focaccia bread
fresh rosemary
coarse salt
60 ml
medium-soft butter
5 ml
coarse-grained prepared mustard
60 ml
olive spread
12
thin slices Black Forest ham
Method:
Sprinkle rosemary and salt over focaccia and bake at 180 ºC until golden.
Slice through horizontally and spread lavishly with butter, mustard, olive spread and top with ham.
