6 large eggs
375ml cake flour
375ml sugar
15ml baking powder
20ml cacao
200ml oil
200ml boiling water
Beat eggs and sugar until light in colour. Add oil, boiling water and cacao. Then fold the dry ingredients.
Bake in oven pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Decorate with chocolate icing or cream. - Cathy Du Plessis
