300g pasta fusilli
2 tins smoked muscles
Hake, cut into strips
125g mushrooms, halved
Onion
Green pepper
Garlic and ginger
Rajah (yellow)
Salt and pepper to taste
50g Parmesan cheese
Mayonnaise
Cook Pasta and set aside.
Heat 30ml oil and fry onion, green pepper and garlic & ginger.
Add Rajah and mushrooms.
Add smoked muscles and hake.
Stir in the salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
