- Butternut & pineapple
1 medium size butternut
1 medium size pineapple
1 packet of peach jelly
Peel the butternut and pineapple.
Grate the butternut and pineapple separately.
Be careful not to grate the pineapple to a mulch. It must still be firm little pieces but with some juice. If there is not enough juice, a little bit of juice can be added.
Mix butternut and pineapple and then mix jelly powder in. Leave for at least four hours in the fridge before serving as a starter or as a salad. - Ria Harmse
