1 sponge cake, cut in 3 layers
500ml whipping cream
15ml icing sugar
150g chocolate cake covering
Whip the cream with sifted icing sugar and spread it over two of the cut cake bases. Place them on top of each other and cover with the third cake.Melt the chocolate cake covering and brush it over the gateau. Leave to set. - valery jacobs
