1 chicken
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tin asparagus
1 cup (stock and asparagus water)
1 cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons black sauce
White sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
Boil and cut up chicken. Place in a pyrex dish. Make white sauce, add salt and pepper. Add mustard, black sauce and mayonnaise. Add stock gradually until sauce is required consistency. Add diced asparagus and chopped boiled eggs. Add ¼ grated cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with remainig cheese. Bake at 180C for half an hour.
