Main Ingredient - chicken

Ingredients
1 pack chicken pieces (skinless)
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
¾ tin coconut milk
1 teaspoon green curry paste
1 teaspoon masala

Method
Place chicken and onion in pot with little olive oil or macadamian oil. Simmer until cooked. Mix in masala and curry paste. Add peppers (sliced) when just tender. Add coconut milk and simmer, add thickening only if neccessary. Serve with basmati rice and a vegetable of choice.
