2 packets Tennis biscuits
Slab peppermint crisp chocolate grated
(leave a little chocolate to sprinkle on top of tart)
3 bananas sliced
1 cup cream
1 tin caramel
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Crush one packet biscuits and mix together with melted butter and use this as your base for the tart. Mix chocolate, cream and caramel together. Use sliced bananas, whole biscuits and mixture to make layers beginning with mixture first, then bananas and then biscuits. The top of your tart should end with bananas. Sprinkle chocolate on top. Keep in fridge until set. - Elaine
