1 tub cream
1 can chocolate condensed milk
10 tennis biscuits, roughly crushed
coffee liquor or amarula to taste
Whisk cream to stiff peaks. Whisk the condensed milk in a seperate bowl until smooth and without lumps. Gently fold the cream into the condensed milk, stir in the tennis biscuits and add coffee liquor or amarula to taste. Serve cold in cocktail glasses. - Maria Ackerman
