1 onion caramelised
6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 packet of diced bacon
1 packet of mushrooms (sliced)
2 rolls of puff pastry
parsley, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
olive oil
3 egg yellows
250ml cream
Line bowl (lasagne dish or pie dish) with one of the puff pastries. Mix potatoes, garlic, parsley, onion, bacon and mushrooms with salt pepper and olive oil (be friendly with olive oil). Add salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture of potatoes onto puff pastry. Fill up and pack it in tightly. Place other pastry on top, like a pie. Close it tight, rolling the edges together. Bake for 50 minutes at 190C. After 40 minutes take out and mix 250ml of cream with 3 egg yellows. Make hole in pie and funnel into pie. Put back in oven for 10 or 15 minutes longer and leave to rest a few minutes before dishing up.
