- Self-raising flour
3 cups of self-raising flour
2 tablespoons/45ml brown onion soup powder
1 Savannah cider (340ml)
100g grated cheese
(a few fried onion rings for the top)
Mix all ingredients together. No kneading required and pour mixture into a bread tin. Top with onion rings and cheese. Cover and bake in oven at 180C for about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the oven. Bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes of the cooking time. - Teresa Vranic
