2 slices whole wheat bread
Rama Good start butter
2 penny polonies
1 tomato
peanuts
lettuce
low fat mayonnaise
Steam the penny polonies in the microwave, remove skins and cut in half. Place the polony halves on the bread. Add thinly cut slices of tomato on top,layer with some mayonnaise, add lettuce for garnishing and finish with peanuts for some protein. - lena
