- Parma ham
2 slices parma ham
1 handful coriander(dhania)
2 slices wholewheat bread
2 thinly sliced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon balsamic glaze
20g Rama Idea
Carefully wash the coriander and pat dry. Spread the bread with Rama. Then cover the bread with fresh coriander leaves. Top that with 2 slices of parma ham and then lay the tomato slices on top. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon olive oil and the balsamic glaze evenly over the tomato. Top that with the last slice of bread. - Gill
