1 tin tuna
2 to 3 eggs
1 tbsp flour (leave out if on a low carb diet)
1/2 cup cheese (can leave out if on a low fat diet)
1/2 small diced onion (optional)
salt and pepper
oil/margarine/butter
Mix all together and heat up a non-stick frying pan (or flat snackwish maker). Cook pancakes till slightly browned on each side. Serve with salad or in a roll with tomato and lettuce. - Crystal
