finely chopped (powdered) biltong
Rama spread
Optional: chopped coriander leaves
Slice mini pitas open. Just enough to be able to stuff them. Toast lightly. Smear pitas inside with lashings of Rama. Mix biltong and coriander and stuff the pita breads with this mixture.
