The supermodel and M.I.L.F stripped for the latest Project Runway ad. But does the poster say anything about the show, or is this just pointless sexualising?
There are certain products when it makes sense for a star to be naked – like this. Or this. Or even some of these (although Megan Fox really does push the envelope). But if you're creating a show about being dressed, does it really make sense to have a marketing campaign that promotes nudity?
"This is definitely sexier than past campaigns we've done for Project Runway," says Heidi. "I guess you could say 'Hans and Franz' are celebrating season nine!"
I guess you could also say that ratings are dropping faster than a Playboy Bunny's panties.
If you've already slotted in a new general manager, overhauled your entire marketing strategy, had Kim Kardashian as a guest judge… Well, my guess is you're one step away from paying people to watch the show…
This poster smacks of desperation. But enough analysis now. Let's enjoy the frivolity with this life-changing question…
What do you think of the poster?
