If you know you’re not wearing panties, why would you twirl while wearing in a skirt? Let’s see if we can understand Albanian actress Arta Dobroshi’s thinking.

This must be a publicity stunt. Albanian actress Arta Dobroshi became the centre of attention at the Cannes Festival when she had a wardrobe malfunction. She was wearing a cute yet modest outfit at the time.  The actress was asked to twirl by photographers and she landed up giving them more than they bargained for. During her Cinderella moment, the skirt lifted up and…  well, you can picture what happened next.

I’m baffled. Didn’t she feel the breeze?

I can imagine the paparazzi spurring her on:  “Great! Awesome. Beautiful. Give us another twirl!”. I think it’s safe to say that we can now add this wardrobe commandment: “Thou shall not twirl with no undies”.
