The Maroon 5 front man has launched his own range of his and her perfumes. Would you wear it?
Adam just can't sit still. He's in a band, been a judge on The Voice, hosted SNL, and appeared in American Horror Story. Now, the singer is getting ready to launch his own range of fragrances.
But, Adam was against the 'celebrity fragrance' fad not too long ago. In 2011, Adam tweeted, " I also would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward.". Uh, looks like it’s time for an execution then.
When asked about his decision to release the fragrance, he said to WWD: "I didn’t want it to be another bullshit celebrity fragrance that I was hocking, that I didn’t believe in. On paper, I’m not a fan of the (genre), but I got excited having conversations with ID Perfumes."
Before heading out to his fragrance launch recently, he tweeted :"2 facts about my fragrance 1 men wont smell like a bad 80s movie 2 women wont smell like a stripper (not that theres anything wrong w/ that)." (sic)
The range is called 222 by Adam Levine, with the female scent described as a "woody floral. No word on when it will be released in SA.
Would you buy this fragrance?
