QUESTION
My shoe size is in between a 5 and 6. Size 5 is too small and size 6 is slightly too big and shops don't sell half sizes. I buy size 6 for comfort but the shoes are sometimes too big and my foot slips out the shoe. Do you have any tricks how I can lessen the extra space in the shoe?

I really know what you mean as I have the same problem. I have found that using Scholl Party feet gel inner soles (available at Diskem) to be quite usefull as they keep my foot from slipping as much, however I still have to stay away from shoe styles that don't have a strap to hold the shoe on.
If your budget allows, try Italian shoes as they tend to be a little narrower. I hope this helps.
