QUESTION

Hi, I have quite long hair (past the middle of my back) with a few layers in starting just under my chin. My problem is that my hair is so DRY and as a result I have SPLIT ENDS everywhere! I cut regularly and try to do deep moisturising treatments (I can't do it too often as my hair is quite fine as well and that leaves it oily). I guess my only choice is to chop it all off :( unless there is another way to go? How do I find the right short cut for my face? I have no clue what face shape I have and can never figure it out. Can you give guidelines for what hair styles go with which face shapes? Or do I need to see a professional hairstylist to help decipher my face shape? Please help.
