The curvy reality star was spotted bra-less outside her Miami hotel after returning from Cosmopolitan magazine’s 40th anniversary shindig somewhere in Mexico City a few weeks ago.
As usual, Kim stood out. Or, in this case, her nipples did in this see-through red Yves Saint Laurent maxi dress she wore, without a bra.
