Katy is channelling the wicked witch of the west in this strange royal blue cape dress.
I love Katy’s wacky sense of style and often have a little giggle at some of her silly outfits. But this isnt one of those times.
Firstly, because I actually don’t think she was trying to be silly or eccentric.
Secondly, what is up with that cape? It might have looked a little bit better without it but even then we’re left with a bad neckline, ugly patterns and yucky fabric. And her hair?
That hectic middle path is so not a good look for the beautiful miss Perry.What say you?
