The actress and singer ditched her honey brown locks and has dyed her hair platinum blonde to match her platinum engagement bling from fiance Liam Hemsworth!
Miley revealed her new colour via Twitter and dished on that new rules are in order for her hue: "Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo."
Maybe I’m just over the whole Miley thing, but this really, really bores me.
