For someone whose job involves picking on other people’s looks, Kelly Osbourne has been making a lot of beauty and fashion foibles. See this cosmetic catastrophe.

It may be time for Kelly Osbourne to invest in a new stylist and make-up artist. Heck! The girl needs serious help. It’s only three weeks into the year and Kelly has already managed to make our worst dressed list for both 2012 People’s choice Awards and the Golden Globes.

What’s more, besides dressing badly, Miss Osbourne is also struggling to make it in the beauty department too. At an Art of Elysium event on Saturday, Kelly was spotted with a heavily painted face.

·    Her foundation was too yellow for her complexion.  
·    That is the most unflattering shade of pink lippie she could have picked.

Don’t even get me started on that dress. Her fashion police buddies need to stage an intervention.

I bet Christina Aguilera is having a field day.
