What procedures are in high demand?
Both Botox and fillers are very popular and the demand is increasing as with all the other non-invasive treatments.
Are women happy with less invasive techniques once they have had them, or are they merely a stepping stone to a complete facelift?
The average age of my clients is mid-thirties. They are very happy with non-invasive treatments and don't seem to have any intention of going for invasive procedures.
We'll have to wait for a few years to see if the results of all the non-invasive treatments such as laser rejuvenation, mesotherapy, anti-ageing supplements and a healthy lifestyle will 'bank'enough collagen and defy gravity.
Who, in your opinion, has aged beautifully?
Carole Bouquet, Michelle Pfeiffer, Julie Andrews and Meryl Streep. They have maintained their natural beauty as opposed to others who have had too many procedures and have that artificial pulled look!
Growing old happens to all of us, but more attention and criticism is targeted at women. We are all guilty of making derogatory comments about each other's appearance and most of us are too easily influenced by magazines and TV programmes that feature A-list celebrities and supermodels.
Some people are lucky and have the right genes and age well, but others just have to take care of themselves better and start earlier. This is where preventative non-invasive procedures and a healthy lifestyle are important to promote graceful ageing without having to resort to drastic measures.
