A rose and chocolate vanilla milk bath
This bath mixture is good enough to eat!
- Mix together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 10 tbsp milk powder and 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl.
- Stir well to prevent lumps.
- Pour into the bathtub as the bath fills.
- Throw in 3 vanilla pods and a handful of freshly gathered rose petals.
- Step in, lie back and relax.

Try this Yoga Pose:
Plough Pose. Also called Halasana.
Lie on your back, with arms at your sides.
Using your abdominal muscles, lift your legs over your head, until your toes touch the floor behind your head.
Interlace your fingers behind your back and straighten arms.
Roll your shoulders under one at a time, ensuring that your hips are aligned over the shoulders.
Hold. You should feel the stretch in your shoulders and spine.
To come out of the pose, roll out of position slowly, one vertebra at a time, keeping the legs straight and the feet together.
