New research shows that the stressful job as a full-time mom might not be good for your health.
We all know balancing work and kids is tough, but according to a new study women who get this right are the healthiest.
Researchers from University of Akron and Penn State University found that women who return to work soon after having kids have better mental and physical health than those who stay at home or work part time.
A full time job ensures that you have regular cash flow, opportunities for promotion and employment benefits like medical aid and a pension fund. So, before you get too comfortable at home with a baby on each hip, think about what you’ll look (and feel like) in a few year’s time.
Are you a stay-at-home or working mom? And would you do it differently if you could?
