Meet Andrea ....a self confessed non-morning person, she had known for some time that she needed to bond with her very own espresso machine.
She was fed up spending her hard earned money on the overpriced lattes from the coffee shop, that by the way never had the low fat milk she requested! She needed her coffee expertly prepared, ready and waiting, giving off its wonderful aroma whilst she fought her daily battle to regain consciousness.
After doing a bit of research, she knew the most suitable make and model and quickly sent a request to ‘My Pricing Guru’ from her mobile phone. She felt rather smug with herself as did this whilst walking into the gym on her (much too-short) lunch break.

‘Oh you’re such an impulsive buyer’ her colleagues teased when they saw the espresso machine ‘and I thought you said you were going to the gym!?’
‘I’m not such an impulsive buyer and I have been to the gym’ Andrea replied, ‘you obviously haven’t heard of the Guru!’ she proclaimed.
Moral of the story:
