I would like to know, is it possible for a prospective employer during an interview phase to inquire about cases opened up with the CCMA by you?
If so, then how does the CCMA protect you without jeopardising future job prospects for you. No company wants to hire someone that reports them to the CCMA and this can ultimately ruin your chances. What is the right response if this is asked in an interview?
