QUESTION
I studied for a BEd degree but only did it until 3rd year and due to financial constraints and other life issues I could not finish it. 3 Years later I was working and was earning enough to afford to pay for my own studies so I registered for a BBA -Project management degree as I just wanted to start afresh.
I am currently doing my 3rd year for the BBA degree and have since developed a love for facilitation and consulting. However I am majoring in Project Management and Marketing Management, which now is no longer much fun for me (Marketing Management I mean).
I do enjoy Project Management and am currently working in a project office as a document controller, I would like to do something in HR however that will go hand in hand with OD and training and development as I see myself being able to consult and enjoy this area of work.
My question is which courses do I still need to do in order to get into OD/HR? will it be better to do an Industrial Psychology qualification or HR qualification, which one would carry more weight together with Project Management?
How do I move from Document Control into the desired job industry and is there a short course I can do.
Going into OD/HR Which Sap courses can I do?
Thank you kindly for your assistance.
