Unemployed and broke? Then listen up – you may just be in luck!

Let’s face it, looking for a job is a tedious process. Not only if you’re the one sending off your CV, but also for those around you who have to bear the brunt of your endless moaning about the lack of jobs out there, or how difficult it is for you to find or track down something ideal.

You also hope that your friends will keep you in mind when they hear of anything suitable, and because you’re so eager you don’t let them forget about it, either.

Now, imagine if your buddies could not only recommend you a job, but by doing it, also get paid! Bet they won’t be complaining then, will they!

So the guys of Hiring Bounty recently launched a site which allows people to do just this.

How it works:

Employers post their job listings on the site and offer a bounty. If you think you know someone perfect for the job, all you need to do is refer them. If they apply and are successful, you and the successful candidate both win the offered bounty.

Wow, I wish this was around when I was looking for a job!
